Enoshima was crowded with many Edo children as a convenient resort during the Edo period. As shown in this figure, there was a sea road that used to be a boat or go directly to the island at low tide instead of a bridge. It is said that here, as if waiting for the ebb tide, all the travelers like beans are heading to the island.Hokusai draws the rows of the approach to the shrine in detail, and looks into the tower behind it. The sea surface around the island is calm without waves, and the white moss on the water surface is preferable because it makes you feel the sunlight. It can be said that it is a conspicuous figure of detailed depiction in the series.
