This Arita ware sake warmer set pairs bright white porcelain with one tokkuri sake flask and two sake cups. Its two-part construction consists of an inner flask for sake and an outer vessel for warm or cold water, allowing the sake to be warmed or cooled indirectly by the water. The gently rounded outer vessel fits comfortably in the hand, while the narrow-necked flask is easy to pour from and helps retain the sake's aroma. The flask can also serve as a small pitcher for dashi broth or sauces.

Red wild strawberries decorate the body, their small fruits and flowing vines bringing a sense of nature's vitality and the changing seasons. The traditional somenishiki technique combines underglaze blue with red overglaze decoration, highlighting the soft brushwork and rich layers of color unique to hand painting. Both decorative and practical, this piece brings a striking touch of strawberry red to sake gatherings, especially from spring into early summer.
