A tea caddy featuring cherry blossom motifs in cherry bark and inlaid with blue mother-of-pearl (Kabazaiku, Akita cherry bark work). The calm tone of natural bark harmonizes beautifully with the iridescent shine of the inlay. Size φ7.3 × 12 cm, holds about 100 g of green tea. Perfect for daily use or as an introduction to this traditional craft.
Made from mountain cherry bark, a “breathing material” that naturally adjusts humidity and prevents condensation, keeping tea leaves or coffee beans in an ideal condition. It will never rust like metal, ensuring lasting reliability.
