This kyusu is carved with a lotus flower. The body is hand-drawn from a single piece of wood. The lacquered wooden handle has been carefully designed to hold the teapot close to the body, with careful attention to detail in terms of shape and attachment. The lid in the shape of a lotus flower bud is made of 18-karat gold, which is resistant to heat transmission. You can safely hold your hand up to pour the wine. The lid is made of silver mixed with a small amount of gold to give it a black color. This is a masterpiece that is both beautiful to look at and practical.
