A tea caddy featuring frosted cherry bark with mother-of-pearl cherry blossoms scattered like drifting petals (Kabazaiku, Akita cherry bark work). The natural texture and delicate radiance blend in perfect harmony. Size φ8.3 × 12 cm, holds about 150 g of green tea. A refined piece for daily enjoyment or as an introduction to traditional craft.
Made from mountain cherry bark, a “breathing material” that regulates humidity and prevents condensation, it keeps tea leaves or coffee beans fresh. Free from rust, it ensures long-lasting, safe use.
Each caddy is carefully handcrafted by artisans, embodying the warmth unique to Kabazaiku. It enriches everyday moments with a quiet sense of beauty through all seasons.
