About Shipping

Items of Takumi Japan are carefully finished by hand, and therefore require a little time before shipment. Except for made-to-order items or items that need to be reproduced after going out of stock, orders are usually shipped within 7 business days after payment is completed.

A compact tea caddy made from frosted cherry bark (Kabazaiku, Akita cherry bark work). The soft gray hue and rustic pattern blend naturally into everyday life. Size φ8.3 × 9cm, holds about 100 g of green tea. A versatile and approachable piece for daily use or as a first choice.
Crafted from mountain cherry bark, known as a “breathing material,” it naturally adjusts humidity and prevents condensation, keeping tea leaves or coffee beans fresh. It does not rust and can be used safely for many years.
Each tea caddy is meticulously handmade by artisans, carrying the gentle warmth characteristic of Kabazaiku. Through the flow of the seasons, it enriches your daily life with quiet grace.
