This ceramic container was created by a Japanese potter, Kurumi Aikawa. The shellac resist technique was applied to produce it.
We think that this item is suitable for storing jewelry, accessories and other small items.

The process of making patterns by the shellac resist is as follows. Paint shellac on the surface of a dried ceramic piece. Then, after the shellac has dried, wipe the surface with a wet sponge, and the shellacked parts resist the water and remain raised on the surface.
