Two types of hammering, "roughing" and "polishing", are used to create matt and glossy squares, creating a contrasting checkerboard pattern on the spatula-shaped object. The square pattern is expertly hammered out with round hammering, and each hammer is individually candelabrated. This product is also available as a set with the Katamaguchi. This is a competition winner.
