Utsuyama is a pass between Maruko and Okabe. There is an old road "Tsuta no Hosomichi" that runs parallel to the Tokaido. The mountain road is about a ri, but the mountains on the left and right still feel steep. The back of the screen is a village of Utsuyama, not Okabe-juku.
